Once books have been collected, they very swiftly enter a process to find them a new home. It is therefore not practicably possible to return specific books to their original owner if they have been presented for collection in error. Please be careful to only present books that you definitely no longer need or require. Simply Textbook cannot accept responsibility for any books that have been presented for collection in error.
